Mountain Biking Camps continue...

The past two weeks have been filled with riding and enjoying the beautiful trails Richmond has to offer.  We visited the James River Park numerous times riding at Belle Isle, Forest Hill Park, and The Wetlands.  The Wetlands served as a great place to cool off with a quick swim after exhausting ourselves on the trails.

The campers also got to experience some new places like Poor Farm Park in Ashland, Powhite Park, Rockwood Park in Chesterfield, and Deep Run Park in the west end.  The riders really enjoyed getting on some new terrain, challenging themselves, and having fun riding their bikes.

It was great to see each rider learn about riding and progress in their own ways.  Everyone improved from the first week and really enjoyed getting dirty and tired each day!
Ready to Ride!!!

Thanks to all the riders who came out to learn about riding and all the trails there are to enjoy in and around Richmond.  We are offering more week-long mountain bike camps in August too (weeks of Aug. 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd)!  If you didn't get enough riding in then sign up and come out for some more outdoor fun!!!  Keep pedaling and remember to GO OUTSIDE AND PLAY!
